Revenue Manager

We launch star projects in the iGaming sphere that receive recognition and top ratings from industry experts. Supporting a legal and transparent market in Ukraine is a must-have, which is why we became the third company in the country to receive a B2B gambling license. In 2026, we are actively scaling both our projects and our dream team. Therefore, to strengthen our Revenue & Growth department, we are looking for a Revenue Manager. Your future tasks: analyze revenue and profitability of players, segments, and products, identifying key performance drivers and potential growth areas; monitor bonus loading at the player and segment level, detecting excessive or inefficient bonus usage; identify revenue leakage, excessive costs, and other profit loss factors, preparing recommendations for their elimination; formulate, prioritize, and manage a portfolio of revenue initiatives in accordance with expected financial impact; analyze the player journey, find barriers to conversion, retention, and LTV, and propose ways to eliminate them; prepare conclusions and recommendations for product and commercial teams based on data. Your skills: 3+ years of experience in similar positions in iGaming; ability to work with BI tools for data research and conclusion preparation; experience building business cases and formulating data-driven recommendations; ability to find root causes.
