Creative Design Supervisor

In 2026, we are actively scaling both our projects and our dream team. Therefore, to strengthen our Human-Centered Design department, we are looking for a Creative Design Supervisor. ✅ Your future tasks: organizing the daily work of the design team: task distribution, prioritization, and workload management; ensuring timely and high-quality task execution in accordance with established standards; conducting design reviews, providing constructive and timely feedback, and maintaining high visual quality of materials; conducting regular 1:1s with the team, supporting designers' development through mentorship, delegation, and setting new challenges; identifying risks, removing operational blockers, and timely escalating issues that go beyond your authority; coordinating work with related teams and ensuring transparent communication regarding statuses and deadlines; monitoring compliance with design standards, processes, and team best practices; participating in the development of internal processes, optimizing workflows, and increasing team efficiency; personally participating in design tasks as needed.
