Account Operations & Farming Specialist

In 2026, we are actively scaling both our projects and our dream team. Therefore, to strengthen the IT Operations team, we are looking for an Account Operations & Farming Specialist. Your future tasks: issuance and administration of access credentials; employee onboarding/offboarding; working with accounts, services, and internal tools; payments and renewals of subscriptions/licenses for related services and resources; supporting Media Buying teams within IT Operations; maintaining records, documentation, and up-to-date statuses; building and developing the Meta farming/account infrastructure process; preparing accounts for Media Buying team operations; working with suppliers, proxies, email, phone numbers, 2FA, browser profiles, and recovery data; working with checkpoints, verification, and recovery; analyzing account quality and causes of losses/bans; interacting with the Farm team and adopting relevant expertise; searching for and setting tasks for process automation. Your skills: practical experience in Meta farming / account infrastructure; understanding of the advertising account lifecycle; experience working with checkpoints, verification, and recovery; experience with proxies.
