The company designs and manufactures light measurement systems, integrating spheres, reflectance materials, optical calibration solutions, specialty light sources, and custom precision optical systems used across aerospace and defense, remote sensing, semiconductor, automotive, LED and lighting, medical device, image sensor, and industrial photonic markets worldwide. Product management is central to that growth: deciding where to invest, how to position a highly technical portfolio, and how to equip the sales team to win.
