We’re building a pipeline of experienced Group Income Protection (GIP) Claims Assessors who may be interested in joining our Income Protection Claims team as opportunities become available. We’re particularly keen to connect with established claims professionals who have a minimum of 4 to 5 years’ experience assessing Group Income Protection claims and are confident managing complex and long-term cases. As a Senior Claims Assessor, your expertise, judgement and empathy will directly support customers at critical points in their lives. You’ll take ownership of complex and long-term Income Protection claims, balancing robust technical decision making with clear, compassionate communication. You’ll also play an important part in developing others through coaching, mentoring and contributing to strong technical standards
