The University of Miami , Division of Enrollment Management, has an exciting opportunity for a full time Executive Director, Enrollment Operations Systems & Technology to work remote. The Executive Director, Enrollment Operations Systems & Technology - Central serves as the chief operations officer for the Division of Enrollment Management, reporting directly to the Vice President for Enrollment Management & Undergraduate Admission. The incumbent provides executive leadership and strategic oversight for all operational, technological, and data-driven initiatives that support the complete student lifecycle from inquiry through enrollment. The leader guides an integrated unit across systems and technology, student services, transfer evaluation, communications, and document management. This position drives enterprise system implementations, cross-divisional partnerships, and continuous process improvements for Undergraduate Admission, Graduate Admission, and DCIE.
