Sr ServiceNow Developer (Integrations/ ShareLogic Unifi)

What success looks like in this role: We’re looking for a motivated ServiceNow Developer with integration experience to join our ServiceNow Integration team. This role involves scripting and building ticket-exchange (eBonding) integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications using ShareLogic Unifi, and supporting those integrations once they are live. Skill Set: ServiceNow platform development (server-side and client-side JavaScript, Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer) ShareLogic Unifi (Integration Designer, integrations, messages, actions, heartbeat monitoring) eBonding / ticket-exchange integrations (Incident, Request, Change, Problem) REST and SOAP web services (inbound and outbound), Scripted REST APIs JSON, XML and XSD / WSDL ServiceNow IntegrationHub, Import Sets, Transform Maps and MID Server Authentication and security (OAuth 2.0, Basic, API keys, mTLS, credential management) Protocols (HTTP/HTTPS, SFTP) and asynchronous messaging patterns ITSM processes and the ServiceNow data model Automated Test Framework (ATF) and integration testing Source control, update sets / scoped apps and DevOps practices Working knowledge of B2B / multi-vendor integration domain Experience integrating with Jira, Azure DevOps, Salesforce or other ITSM platforms – will be an added advantage ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD) – will be an added advantage You will be successful in this role if you have: Build and customize ticket-exchange integrations using ShareLogic
