Senior Consultant (AEC)

As a Senior Consultant on Unanet ’s AEC Professional Services team, you will serve as a trusted advisor and hands-on solution expert to architecture and engineering clients. You will lead multiple implementations of varying complexity across the full lifecycle, from discovery through go-live, aligning Unanet ’s ERP software with each client’s business processes, accounting requirements, and project management needs. Through implementation, training, and adoption support, you will help clients achieve successful outcomes and build a solution that can scale with their evolving business. What You'll Do Lead discovery sessions and translate clients' business processes, accounting policies, and operational requirements into scalable Unanet ERP solutions, including invoicing, revenue recognition, labor costing, project accounting, cost pools, and overhead allocations Leverage AI-powered tools and internal automations to improve the efficiency and quality of data migration, system configuration, and client onboarding activities Lead clients through the full implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, configuration, data migration, training, testing, and go-live, using Unanet 's milestone-based implementation methodology Partner with clients during their first financial close cycle to support reconciliation activities, strengthen process consistency, and build confidence in month-end procedures and controls Lead client training and change management activities to driv
