We are searching for an experienced, energetic, TikTok-obsessed affiliate manager who lives inside creator culture to lead our affiliate programs. From initial creator outreach to performance tracking, this role will manage the full affiliate lifecycle and collaborate with brands, influencers and creators to drive growth. This role requires marketing expertise, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the TikTok Shop ecosystem. About the Role You should understand how to spot a winning hook, know what drives conversions on TikTok Shop, and thrive in a fast-moving environment supported by celebrity-led brands. This role is perfect for someone who loves building relationships, managing creators day-to-day, and directly contributing to revenue growth through affiliates and retainer partners.
