SUMMARY The Reimbursement Supervisor is responsible for supervising the staff processes to meet team and department goals. Promote customer satisfaction, both internal and external. Supervisors carry out supervisor responsibilities in accordance with organization policies, procedures, and applicable laws, including administration metrics related to productivity and quality. Also oversees workflow, training, and verifying the accuracy of their team's work. The position provides operational guidance and counseling on routine issues to ensure that the daily work of the team is completed accurately and on time, under the direction of the Manager. This position is in a computer-based billing/reimbursement environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties and tasks may be assigned.
