Title: Principal Quality Engineer and Technical Integrations Lead Location: USA, Remote Budget: ​$140-$150 K USD Job Description Overview Reporting to the VP, Head of QA and Technical Enablement, the Principal Quality Engineer and Technical Integrations Lead will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of Nuuvia’s Lifecycle Banking platform. This hands-on position is responsible for building scalable test automation, validating complex financial technology integrations, and embedding quality throughout the software development lifecycle. The successful candidate brings strong FinTech experience, knowledge of bank and credit union core systems, and a practical understanding of APIs, digital banking platforms, and payment technologies. This person is a resourceful problem solver who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment, works independently, and uses automation and AI-enabled tools to improve speed, coverage, and effectiveness. They will work not only with engineering teams but also with Implementation and Sales to provide technical integration support to new and existing customer pipelines.
