Senior SAP HR / HCM Project Manager – Implementations / Rollouts – (Remote / Hybrid)

Job Description: At The Whiteam Consulting, we are looking for a Senior SAP Project Manager specialized in SAP HCM / HR to lead implementation, rollout, support, and transformation projects within the Human Resources area. The selected candidate will manage complex end-to-end projects, coordinating functional and technical teams, interacting directly with business, IT, and vendors, and ensuring proper planning, execution, and delivery of the project. This is a strategic position for multinational clients undergoing a digital HR transformation process, including integrations with SAP SuccessFactors and, in some cases, a transition to SAP S/4HANA. Responsibilities: SAP Project Management: Global planning, tracking, and control of SAP HR/HCM projects. Scope, timeline, budget, and financial control management. Coordination of functional, technical, business, and vendor teams. Identification, management, and mitigation of risks and dependencies. Stakeholder management (business, IT, management, project committee). Executive reporting to management and the PMO. Ensuring compliance with SAP methodology and standards. SAP HCM / HR Functionality: Lead projects in: Implementations, Rollouts, Transformations, HR Migrations. Solid functional knowledge in: Organization and Organizational Structures (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management, Payroll, Time Management, Recruitment, and Offboarding processes.
