SAP HCM-PY Consultant (Spanish Payroll) – 100% Remote – Sector Migration Project

Job description: At The Whiteam we are looking for a SAP HCM-PY Consultant specialized in Spanish payroll to collaborate on an evolutionary project in the Energy sector. The main objective will be to participate in the migration of a company code from SAP to SAP, creation of new company codes, and adaptation of the payroll schema to integrate employees into their new structures. This is a remote project with an ASAP start and an estimated duration until 03/31/2026. Responsibilities: Gather and analyze business requirements related to Spanish payroll; Document functional and technical specifications for developments and configurations; Configuration of PY-ES payroll schemas and subschemas; Definition of features and customizing tables (T5*, T7*); Management of wage types and calculation rules; Execution of parallel monthly calculation runs, retrocalculations, and extra payments; Perform unit and integration testing before moving to production; Configuration of reporting tools and forms (PE51, HRForms); Master data migration and conversion in implementation projects. Requirements: Minimum 4 years of experience as a SAP Payroll Spain consultant; Deep knowledge of the Spanish payroll schema and its parameterization; Experience in creating company codes in SAP HCM; Proficiency in tables and characteristics.
