ServiceNow Consultant - 100% Remote (Spain)

Job Description At The Whiteam Consulting, we are looking for a ServiceNow CMDB & Discovery Consultant with at least 2 years of experience in the administration and evolution of ServiceNow platforms. The selected candidate will participate in initiatives related to CMDB management, Discovery, Service Mapping, process automation, and integrations, contributing to the improvement and optimization of IT services in corporate environments. Responsibilities User, group, role, ACL, SLA, and assignment rule management Implementation of customized service catalogs to manage all types of requests: incidents, change requests, defects, etc. Customization of instances using custom scripts (JavaScript / SN API): business rules, script includes, client scripts, UI actions. Email integrations. Development of integrations with SN using REST. Development of custom modules (creation of tables, indexes, menus, and all associated logic, such as workflows, ACLs, scripts, etc.). Design and implementation of custom workflows for change requests, enhancements, etc. General maintenance of the instance, such as applying fixes via update sets, upgrading to new versions, or cloning instances. Report generation. Implementation and management of MID servers for Discovery. Creation of Schedules, Behaviors, Clusters, etc.
