Compensation: Earn a clinical rate of $76/hour (includes mandatory training) and an administrative rate (includes late shows/cancellations) of $23/hour as a WA resident with semi-monthly pay. If based out-of-state clinical rates will range between $58.50 - $85. Sign-on Bonus : Start by September 30th and earn a sign-on bonus of $500 for 7-12 client hours and $1,000 for 13+ client hours. Balanced Caseloads and Schedules: Select a weekly caseload ranging from 7 to 20 clients, with session availability between 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday.
