Responsibilities As the main point of contact, you ensure high customer satisfaction for our parents and students (via phone, email, and WhatsApp). You always help our customers find an optimal solution and advise them attentively regarding contract extensions and the required number of hours. You coordinate closely with our tutor and educational advisory team. You accompany customers during substitutions and teacher changes to ensure a seamless transition of lessons for the child's success. You ensure that problems are reliably solved and that even cancellation discussions have a positive outcome.
