Labor Technician for Teaching Classes

Tasks Teach Payroll and Contract classes adapted to the level and objectives of each student. Explain content related to payroll preparation, contract types, Social Security, contributions, tax withholdings, severance pay, and labor management. Solve practical exercises and cases related to personnel management. Help students interpret and prepare payroll and labor documentation. Prepare students for exams, assignments, and vocational training modules. Prepare personalized materials and exercises. Monitor student progress and adapt classes to their needs. Requirements Training or experience in HR, Labor Relations, Labor Management, Payroll, Administration, or related areas. Professional experience in personnel departments, labor consultancies, or payroll management will be valued. Previous teaching experience is not required.
