About the Role Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Change Management Manager to support the successful delivery of organizational transformation initiatives across our financial services client's facility construction programs and projects. The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of change management strategies that drive stakeholder engagement, business readiness, user adoption, and sustainable outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in commercial construction project management, organizational change management, business transformation, stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption planning. This role requires close collaboration with project teams, business leaders, and key stakeholders to ensure the people side of change is effectively managed and aligned with project objectives.
