We don't host events at all! Quite simply: Anyone who can coordinate service providers, teams, and guests simultaneously, make decisions under time pressure, and inspire people has the exact DNA we need to manage our remote call center. We will teach you the specialist knowledge. You don't need management experience either: We will show you step by step how to be convincing on the phone, coach a team, and lead effectively. What cannot be learned: your quick-wittedness, your positive energy, and your drive to make more of yourself. About the job: We generate daily enquiries via social media for over 500 craft businesses and kitchen studios in the DACH region. Our call center calls these interested parties and pre-qualifies them. For our second, completely remote-working team, we are looking for a team lead who enjoys making phone calls themselves, coaches the team, and leads the way.
