Software Systems Consultant for our GEOgraf Software (m/f/d)

Job Title: Software Systems Consultant for our GEOgraf Software (m/f/d). Location: Braunschweig or other Trimble locations. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Support and consulting for our customers via phone and email regarding our GEOgraf product family. Independent processing of customer inquiries and problem-solving. Conducting seminars and individual training sessions via the web or on-site at the customer's premises. Participation in service and development projects. Quality assurance and documentation within the scope of version maintenance and further development. Sales support through presentations at trade fairs, workshops, or on-site at the customer. YOU HAVE: A degree in surveying or completed vocational training as a surveying technician or similar qualifications. Knowledge of HHK and Trimble products is helpful, but not required. Strong communication skills and an independent way of working. Enjoyment in dealing with people and a confident demeanor. Business-fluent German (C1 level) and good English skills.
