One for all, and all for one. About the role We are looking for a Sales Manager to develop TRG's business across African government markets. This role is for someone who already understands how government business is done in the region and brings active relationships within law enforcement, intelligence, defense, security institutions, ministries, and other relevant government bodies. You will own complex B2G sales cycles from opportunity identification through contract signature, navigating government procurement, budget cycles, local stakeholders, partners, and regulatory requirements. This is not simply a product-selling role. Success requires relationships, market knowledge, procurement fluency, and the ability to convert opportunities into long-term government business. What you'll work on Develop and manage TRG's B2G sales pipeline across African markets
