Client Accounts Payable Clerk (Contractor)

Job Summary: The Client Accounts Payable Clerk will maintain our Clients’ finances with unwavering accuracy, have a passion for customer service, a strong attention to detail, and an understanding of common financial transactions within non-profit accounting. This is a fully remote position with competitive pay at $7.50 USD/hour. Standard hours are Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST, and 8:00 AM–3:00 PM PST on Fridays. Key Responsibilities: Process a large volume of invoices, coordinating with internal teams as needed to ensure timely and smooth processing Update and maintain a large number of recurring utility payment setups Obtain necessary signatures for reserve distributions Proactively monitor invoice entry and payment deadlines to ensure timely processing Follow through on key tasks across internal teams to ensure accountability. This role requires someone who is comfortable following up persistently and ensuring others meet their deadlines Communicate with vendors regarding payment options and status Review electronic payment queues and process reimbursement payments Maintain vendor directory and records Maintain and update the Accounts Receivable process documentation to reflect best practices and operational improvements Qualifications: Experience in non-profit accounts payable Familiarity with governing documents, Community Association structure, or applicable regulations Excellent written and spoken English Superior organizational skills, with speed, accuracy and
