HR Business Advisor (Remote Anywhere in the US)

Job Summary: As the day-to-day partner, the HRBA serves as a consultant to management and employees on Human Resource and related business. The Human Resources Business Advisor is primarily responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the human resources department within a Business Unit. This role will support employees primarily in United States and Mexico. The role will be reporting directly to the HR Director. This role is equally HR-focused and business-based and is very well-suited to an individual who can see the big picture and execute all the necessary steps toward continued business growth and achievement of goals. The HRBP will provide a service-oriented approach to HR and will be responsible for overseeing employee lifecycle management, including recruiting, talent management, annual compensation, and the bonus processes, The HRBP will gain and maintain an effective level of business acumen about the business unit’s financial position, culture, and competition. This is a remote role anywhere in the US. Job Description: Essential Duties and Responsibilities Serve as the business subject matter expert regarding all Human Resource policy including guidance, development, and interpretation Provide support on business unit restructuring and organization design. Facilitate new workforce planning Act as a change ambassador for all levels of change. Communicates changes in Company personnel policies and procedures and ensures proper compliance is followed Work close
