Serve as the primary contact for client stakeholders while managing cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery aligned to business outcomes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Client & Delivery Management Primary point of contact for assigned engagements across business and technical stakeholders Lead project governance including steering committees, status reviews, and executive readouts Translate client objectives into clear engagement plans with measurable success criteria Manage client expectations, scope boundaries, and change requests; escalate and resolve conflicts Project Execution & Governance Own engagement plan including scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resources Coordinate cross-functional teams (Solution Architects, Data Engineers, Product, Support) Implement delivery governance: RAID logs, status reports, change control, communication plans Ensure quality project artifacts: charters, SOWs, status decks, runbooks, handover documentation Commercial & Value Delivery Own services SOW: scope, assumptions, deliverables, acceptance criteria Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities with Sales and Customer Success Define and track value metrics: adoption, performance, time-to-value, business impact Dr
