Senior Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly capable, full-time Senior Executive Assistant to directly support the Founder of a growing coaching business. This individual will replace the current Executive Assistant (who is transitioning into another division) and step into a strategic, leadership-level support role. This is not a traditional admin position. The ideal candidate will think like the Founder, make aligned decisions independently, manage client touchpoints, track program progress, and oversee team execution to ensure objectives are met. You will act as a right-hand partner — protecting the Founder’s time, maintaining operational clarity, and driving accountability across the business.
