Logistics Data Analyst - LATAM

The Trax platform enables companies to optimize supply chain performance through greater visibility into their logistics ecosystem and predictive analytics based on over one billion logistics transactions from all industries, modes, and countries. The Logistics Data Analyst will execute Trax’s audit process to resolve exceptions for client accounts globally. They will collaborate with carriers and customers to ensure high-quality service, prioritize tasks, and achieve customer metric targets and service level agreements. Additionally, they will lead reconciliation meetings and audit reviews. Responsibilities: Execute Trax’s comprehensive audit process to identify and resolve audit exceptions for client accounts across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Collaborate with carriers and customers to understand their needs and ensure high-quality service delivery. Prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables. Achieve customer metric targets and service level agreements and utilize KPI reports and scorecards to maintain consistent performance. Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure compliance and uniformity. Identify non-standard processes and work with cross-functio
