Senior Solutions Architect

Job description As an integral part of Trial Interactive Product initiatives, the Senior Solutions Architect assists the implementation, operations, sales, and product organizations throughout the entire process of understanding the customer's business and technical requirements, collaborating on the sales strategy, delivering strong solution presentations, building a configuration of the product, and ensuring the ultimate success of the customer. Strong teamwork and collaboration with Business Development, Product Management, and Professional Services is required to be effective in this role. What You’ll Do: As a member of our Technical Services team, your primary responsibility will be the configuration of Trial Interactive enterprise software and solutions. You will work in concert with operations throughout the implementation cycle Design and document new configurations and solutions for Trial Interactive software Create and maintain User Requirements Specification and Configuration Specifications for implementing customers Act as the product configuration and domain expert in all relevant sales cycles with specific responsibility for demonstrating the product to prospects and existing customers Work with sales on software configurations for demonstrations and respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs/RFQs Act as a conduit between the Sales team and Operations and Product teams.
