As a QA, you will review and evaluate text-based customer service interactions according to detailed project guidelines. Your primary responsibility will be to assess AI-generated classifications and determine whether they accurately reflect the content and intent of each conversation. The work involves carefully reading customer support conversations, interpreting their context, and making objective judgments based on predefined evaluation criteria. This role requires strong reading comprehension, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to consistently apply annotation guidelines. No specialized technical background is required; however, candidates should be comfortable working with written data, following detailed instructions, and maintaining a high level of accuracy throughout the project.
