Overview Our Enterprise Business Systems Group is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst – Billing & Quote to Cash to join our team connecting technology with evolving business needs. This role will serve as a senior business systems analyst supporting TNS's billing applications and end-to-end quote-to-cash processes. The position will partner closely with Finance, Commercial, Product, Sales Operations, and Technology teams to translate business needs into scalable system and process solutions across quoting, ordering, billing, invoicing, and related revenue processes. The successful candidate will develop deep functional and technical knowledge of the applications that enable TNS's quote-to-cash capabilities, with particular emphasis on Salesforce and Expedite Commerce and their integration with other enterprise and billing systems. The analyst will act as a subject matter expert for one or more applications and will help ensure that systems, integrations, data, and business processes work together effectively across the quote-to-cash lifecycle. The role will support both strategic initiatives and ongoing application improvement, including new products and capabilities, system enhancements, process optimization, integration activities, and resolution of complex application and business-process issues
