RCM Client Integration Specialist

RCM Client Integration Specialist Department: Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Reports To: VP, RCM Services Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Position Summary The RCM Client Integration Specialist is responsible for coordinating and supporting the successful onboarding of new Revenue Cycle Management clients post contract execution through go-live and stabilization. This role serves as a key liaison between the client, RCM leadership, operations, IT/integration teams, training, and other internal departments to ensure all implementation activities are completed accurately, timely, and according to established milestones. The Client Integration Specialist will manage detailed onboarding plans, track deliverables and dependencies, facilitate communication across teams, identify risks and barriers, and ensure the client is prepared for a successful transition to MedHQ's ongoing RCM operations. Following go-live, this position will provide structured 30-, 60-, and 90-day post-go-live support , monitoring workflows, performance, staffing, reporting, and client concerns before transitioning the account to the ongoing Client Success and RCM Operations teams.
