Salesforce Solution Engineer (Hybrid or Remote)

This role is open to remote based candidates based in Canada/US with a preference for either PST/EST We’re looking for a Solution Engineer to join our team and be part of our next stage of growth. As our Solution Engineer, your top priority is to support our pre-sales and engagement teams to assist customers and lead strategies to bring innovative solutions that map Salesforce and Traction Rec solutions to meet customer needs, support the sales cycle, set client expectations on future state, and set up the customer for long term success. You will use your industry experience and technology expertise to assist customers managing change, evolving their business process and maximizing their technology investment. You will work cross functionally with our product, services, support, sales and engagement teams to enable the success of our customers.
