Implementation Specialist (Hybrid or Remote)

This role is open to remote based candidates based in Canada with a preference for PST/EST We’re looking for an Implementation Specialist to join our team and be part of our next stage of growth. As an Implementation Specialist, your top priority is to understand business requirements and processes, leading the customers and other project team members to the optimal solution. This role is required to demo existing product functionality, configure the product, build custom solutions, lead training sessions, and manage deployments through the implementation cycle. Additionally, you will be leveraging AI tools and agents (including Claude) to enhance and accelerate discovery, documentation, and configuration work throughout the implementation lifecycle.
