This person will be responsible for managing the entire freight process from start to finish prospecting and securing new shippers, booking freight, negotiating rates, managing carrier relationships, and ensuring successful delivery. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain a book of business through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and relationship development with shippers. Negotiate rates with both customers and carriers to ensure profitability and service excellence.
