Job Description: We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Warsaw, supporting TK Maxx in attracting the best talent available on the market. This role involves identifying, sourcing, and reaching out to suitable candidates in a creative and innovative way. About the Position: The person in this role will support over 50 stores and 2 fulfillment centers in Poland, implementing a proactive talent acquisition model in line with best practices and team goals. An essential element of the role is building effective cooperation with business partners and candidates, with an emphasis on high-quality communication and a positive experience at every stage of the process. Key Responsibilities: Managing the full-cycle recruitment process (360°)—from gathering business requirements to making an offer—for retail and distribution positions in Poland, with potential support for other areas.
