Responsibilities Serve as the main technical contact to VA for assigned products and guide build planning, sprint execution and releases. Maintain each product's architecture package, AS-IS/TO-BE models, interface control documents and change requests. Lead backlog refinement with the VA Product Owner: decompose epics into features and stories with acceptance criteria. Oversee CI/CD in VA-approved tools and drive ATO upkeep and security remediation. Lead Tier II/III troubleshooting and sustainment, and give technical input to PI Planning. Senior: Lead several teams or a sub-product line, mentor other leads and represent the product at program governance. Qualifications Mid / Level II: 8+ years of exper
