Responsibilities Lead engineering teams from sprint planning through production deployment under the VA DevSecOps Release Framework. Enforce release gates, code scanning and deployment packages. Lead integrations with VistA, MVI, iFAMS and Oracle Health EHR. Build solution roadmaps and advise VA on modernization, AI/ML and emerging technology. Run SAFe events across teams and report solution status in VA tools. Qualifications 13+ years of experience, including 8+ years in software engineering (Senior / Level III). 3+ years as a federal technical or solution lead. Experience delivering under a federal DevSecOps release framework with CI/CD and release gates. Desired Skills: Integrations with VistA, MVI,
