Responsibilities Design Zero Trust and TIC 3.0-compliant security architecture across VAEC, AWS, Azure and OpenShift. Lead RMF and A&A packages to obtain and keep ATOs (SSP, POA&M, continuous monitoring) per VA Handbook 6500. Set standards for secure development, encryption, logging, ICAM/PIV and identity federation. Coordinate with VA ISOs, the Office of Information Security and Field Security Services. Track ATO status across the product line and report it monthly. Qualifications 13+ years of experience, including 10+ years in cybersecurity and 5+ years on FISMA/RMF (Expert / Level IV or well-qualified Senior / Level III).
