The Opportunity: Data Science Lead, LATAM We're looking for a Data Science Lead to own data science across our two LATAM markets, Mexico and Brazil. Both are fast-growing businesses operating with the speed and autonomy of a startup, backed by the scale and stability of an established group. We're open to this role being a Lead, Manager or Senior Manager - the mechanics of the role won't change. It's a hands-on leadership role. You'll lead a small team of data scientists across both markets while remaining an active contributor yourself - building models, shaping technical direction, and setting the standard for how the work gets done. The two markets sit at different stages of maturity, and the role spans both. In one, you'll be establishing foundations — infrastructure, modelling standards, and a roadmap to bring capability up to the level of our other markets. In the other, you'll be supporting a more mature practice as it advances model architecture and builds a more integrated approach to credit decisioning and portfolio valuation. H
