Contracting & Operations Associate (Fixed Term 6 months)

Position Overview: We're looking for a Contracting & Operations Associate to join us for 6 months and support our small finance and operations team. This is a hands-on, junior role covering day-to-day admin across finance, HR, recruitment, contracting and general operationss. You'll take on a wide mix of tasks, keep things organised and make sure nothing falls through the gaps. This role will be integral in helping us keep running smoothly as we grow. Responsibilities: The main duties and tasks of the role include, but are not limited to: Contracting Prepare and track contracts for suppliers, consultants and contractors using our standard templates Support the organisation across the procurement process Collect due diligence and compliance information before contracts are signed Use our systems (Hubspot, Monday) to keep a log of contracts, renewal dates and sign-off status Finance Help process supplier invoices and staff expense
