The Power BI Architect will lead the design, strategy, and governance of the enterprise BI platform using Microsoft Power BI and the Azure ecosystem. This role involves assessing infrastructure requirements, defining best practices, guiding BI Engineers, enabling security, handling large data, and ensuring scalable, high-performing BI solutions that align with business needs. Key Requirements: Design scalable BI solutions with a focus on infrastructure, capacity, and licensing needs. Conduct capability assessments to align Power BI adoption with enterprise goals. Define and enforce Power BI governance frameworks, including security, data access, and workspace strategy. Provide effort estimations and delivery planning for BI initiatives. Design and optimize semantic/OLAP models (star schema, composite models, aggregations, dataflows) for enterprise-scale reporting.
