Performance Test Engineer

Overview Tier One Technologies is looking for a Performance Test Engineer to support our US Government client. This will be a 100% remote position. SELECTED CANDIDATES WITHOUT REQUIRED CLEARANCE WILL BE SUBJECT TO A FEDERAL GOVERNMENT BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION TO RECEIVE IT. Responsibilities Utilize UFT (formerly QTP) to develop and maintain automated UI tests for web, desktop, and supported mobile applications, validating critical business workflows, application functionality, and end-to-end processes. Provide enterprise-wide support for performance testing and test automation initiatives across multiple teams and projects, leveraging LoadRunner for performance and load testing and UFT for functional and regression test automation. Develop, maintain, and execute automated functional and regression test suites covering key business processes, including user authentication, transaction processing, and complex application workflows. Integrate UFT-based automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to enable repeatable, efficient, and continuous functional verification throughout the software development lifecycle. Evaluate and recommend performance testing tools, technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to improve testing efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and overall application performance.
