About the Job We are looking for a full-time Head of Talent Acquisition to join our team, reporting to the Head of People Operations. As Throne’s first dedicated Talent Acquisition hire, you will be responsible for building and running our hiring engine for professional and managerial roles across engineering, product, sales, and corporate functions. You will partner closely with Finance, People Operations, our Founders and executive team, and hiring managers to connect hiring decisions to their tangible impact.
