What You Bring 👤 In any case, a university degree in a scientific field, and experience in Medical Affairs is preferred. Building and nurturing trusting scientific relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and the medical community through high-quality scientific exchange. Conducting in-depth scientific dialogues, translating complex evidence into relevant medical insights. Aligning medical activities with the subsidiary's strategy while maintaining medical independence and supporting cross-functional decision-making. Independent planning and prioritization of activities within the area of responsibility, collaboration with stakeholders, and projects based on medical impact and business requirements. High adaptability to changing priorities, organizational growth, and new responsibilities.
