Executive Vice President (EVP) Finance – Insurance & Investments About the Role The Executive Vice President (EVP) Finance is a senior enterprise-level finance executive responsible for providing strategic and operational financial leadership across the Group's insurance, investment, asset management, and related financial services businesses. The EVP Finance will work closely with the Group CFO, CEO, Board, business-unit CEOs, investment leadership, and senior executives to strengthen financial performance, capital efficiency, profitability, governance, risk management, and long-term enterprise value. Key Responsibilities Lead enterprise-wide financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management. Provide executive oversight of financial performance across subsidiaries, business units, and investment platforms. Drive Group-wide FP&A, management reporting, financial modelling, and commercial finance. Monitor revenue, profitability, expenses, margins, cash flow, ROE, ROIC, and return on capital. Oversee financial management of insurance operations, including premiums, claims, reserves, reinsurance, underwriting performance, and profitability.
