Job Title: Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) Role Summary The Chief Transformation Officer leads enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, driving large-scale change across strategy, operations, technology, and culture. This role is accountable for delivering measurable business outcomes through transformation programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and sustainable value creation. Key Responsibilities 1. Transformation Strategy & Execution Define and execute enterprise transformation strategy aligned with business goals Lead large-scale change programs (digital, operational, organizational) Translate strategy into actionable transformation roadmaps and milestones 2.
