Role Summary The Chief Digital Assets Officer (CDAO) is responsible for leading the organization's digital assets strategy, including tokenized assets, digital securities, cryptocurrencies, central bank digital currencies (CBDCs), custody solutions, and blockchain-enabled financial products. This executive role oversees the development, governance, commercialization, and regulatory compliance of digital asset initiatives while driving innovation and sustainable growth in the evolving digital economy. Key Responsibilities 1. Digital Assets Strategy & Leadership Develop and execute the organization's digital assets and tokenization strategy. Identify opportunities for digital asset adoption, monetization, and business growth. Advise the CEO, Board, and executive leadership on digital asset trends, risks, and market developments. Establish long-term digital asset roadmaps aligned with corporate strategy. 2. Digital Asset Product Development Lead the creation and commercialization of digital asset products and services.
