Job Summary: The Senior Compliance Analyst serves as the subject matter expert and point of contact for individual disability income product compliance across the organization. Secondary responsibilities include supporting product compliance for voluntary supplemental health products. This role monitors and interprets evolving legal requirements and translates regulatory obligations into practical business processes, guidance, and controls. This role partners with product, legal, actuarial, operations, claims, implementation, and service teams to ensure compliant product design, implementation, and administration of individual disability insurance products and other supplemental health products.
