Job Summary As the senior director of implementation in voluntary claims and operations you will be a value stream owner of complex implementation, partnering with peers in voluntary, customer service, underwriting, benefits, sales and service to drive delivery of value for customers and ensure high performance of value stream. Utilize broad understanding of The Standard ’s capabilities, the group insurance industry and customer need to influence evolution of service delivery and marketplace offerings. Ensure implementation management teams deliver a differentiated customer experience. Develop and maintain tools and service delivery models to support new products and capabilities across all EB lines of business.
