You will connect with prospective business clients through direct messages, build conversations, identify recruitment needs and book qualified appointments for our business development team. This role suits someone with strong written communication skills who can personalise their approach, follow up consistently and turn online conversations into business opportunities. Key Responsibilities Identify and connect with business owners, hiring managers and other relevant decision-makers. Start personalised conversations through LinkedIn and other approved messaging platforms. Respond to enquiries and explain our recruitment services clearly. Ask qualifying questions to understand hiring needs and establish whether our services are a suitable fit. Book qualified appointments and provide clear handover notes. Follow up with interested prospects and maintain ongoing conversations. Update CRM records with contact details, conversation notes and next steps. Report on outreach activity, responses, qualified leads and appointments booked. Work towards agreed outreach and appointment-setting targets.
