Senior Manager, Convening Event Experiences

The Sr Manager, Convening Experiences owns Nielsen's most senior, highest-stakes convening portfolio: the annual flagship client experience, global sports convening including World Cup, Super Bowl and Olympic suites, Cannes Lions convening, executive forums and C-suite dinners. This role exists to move Nielsen's premium moments from hospitality to executive immersion. The output is not attendance — it is a measurable shift in how the industry's most valuable decision-makers regard Nielsen, and a direct contribution to retention across named strategic accounts. Working closely with Global Client & Sales Leadership, Customer Lifecycle Marketing, Content & Strategic Insights, Brand and Creative, this leader designs and delivers experiences where senior clients engage with Nielsen's media intelligence and leadership in an environment built entirely for that purpose. Responsibilities: Flagship Experience Ownership: Own the end-to-end design and delivery of Nielsen's annual flagship convening experience, from concept and business case through guest journey, strategy, programming, production and post-event verdict. Hold accountability for the standard, the budget and the outcome. Premium Sports & Cultural Convening: Lead Nielsen's premium convening at global sports moments, including World Cup, Super Bowl and Olympic programs, and Cannes Lions convening. Define the guest experience model, hospitality standard and content moments that differentiate Nielsen from a suite wi
